Founder & Principal

A finance and accounting executive with more than 30 years of experience helping healthcare organizations and businesses strengthen financial operations, improve processes, and make better decisions from their financial information.

Denise has held senior financial leadership roles across acute-care hospitals, physician organizations, behavioral health facilities, and diagnostic organizations — including Texas Children's Hospital, Bay Area Regional Medical Center, and The Woman's Hospital of Texas. Her experience spans revenue cycle, budgeting, audit preparation, system implementations, and opening new hospitals from the ground up.

This combination of financial and operational depth lets Denise look beyond the financial statements to understand what's actually driving the numbers.
