Her experience extends well beyond traditional reporting, spanning revenue cycle, budgeting, financial reporting, financial readiness, system implementations, new facility openings, and operational improvement across organizations including Texas Children's Hospital, Bay Area Regional Medical Center, and The Woman's Hospital of Texas.
She founded CDP to make that experience available to organizations that need senior financial expertise without necessarily adding another full-time executive.
